Cookie Dough Special

#1. Take a little bit of cookie dough and flatten it.

#2. Put a teensy bit of your favorite ice cream in the middle of the cookie dough.

#3. Roll the cookie dough into a ball and put chocolate sauce on it.

#4.Put the ball on a tooth pick and in the freezer.

 

Ice Cream Cookie Cup

What you will need:
A muffin pan
cookie dough
your favorite kind of ice cream

#1. Turn muffin pan upside down and grease the bottom

#2. Flatten cookie dough around the bottom of one of the muffin-holding cups

#3. Repeat step 2 for as many cups as you want

#4. Cook pan with cookie dough upside down in the oven for about 11 minuets
(oven should be preheated to 350 degrees)

#5. Remove cookies from pan. They should be in the shape of a bowl. Put ice cream in the bowl. You now have an edible ice cream bowl

Almost Candy Cookies

Ingredients:

1 ¼  stick butter
1 ½  cup Graham Cracker crumbs
½ large bag (16oz) of chocolate chips
½ large bag (16oz) of butterscotch chips
1 ¼  cup coconut
¾  cup chopped walnuts

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1 can sweetened condensed milk


Preparation:

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together, and smooth in bottom of pan, making a thin layer. Sprinkle chips on top of the graham cracker crumbs; then sprinkle the coconut and the nuts. Pour a can of sweetened condensed milk over the top.


Cooking:

Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. or until brown.
Cut into squares, let cool, then remove from pan, and enjoy!
